Everything was perfect during my stay. the customer care and public relations were excellent. the units were well-appointed and immaculately clean, featuring a bath, extra bed, and windows that overlooked the backyard. the staff were wonderfully helpful, making my experience even better.

Had comfortable stay in customer care or public relations. Location: the hotel was very close to the Dos Hermanas train station and trains. It also was to center of Sevilla.

The food was good, with a huge variety of options. The room was good sized, and fine, with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk I needed. The staff were competent and outstandingly helpful and provided an excellent service...

The guest room had lovely windows overlooking the backyard and a nice bath. the breakfast selection was savory and catered to all tastes, including yogurt. the exceptional service provided by the friendly staff members truly stood out.

Modern bathroom and free parking
I requested double bed and got two singles and the receptionist (guy) was awfull.

The reception staff was very helpfull and pleasant, above expectation. The cafeteria food was reasonably good and inexpensive, and the lady in charge very nice and helpfull also. We would recommend an overnight there if you do not want to arrive in Sevilla in the evening.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location near Sevilla and other destinations in Andalusia, with convenient access to a tram. It's also just a short walk from a unique folk museum. the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, featuring extra pillows and windows overlooking the peaceful backyard.

Fresh continental breakfast, great value. Convenient location, short walk to train station. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and informative staff. Free ice available.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. Its location is perfect, as it is close to the Dos Hermanas train station and within easy reach of the city center. Plus, there is a supermarket right next to the hotel, making it convenient for guests.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I liked the hotel and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It's away from the beaten track and taxi drivers ranged from very expensive to fair for the same journey. I loved the athmosphere of the festival of our lady of Valme. The locals made us feel very welcome. Will go back next year.
More pillows would have been nice.
